8) Olive Oil And Ginger For Hair Loss

Ingredient

How to apply

  • Peel off the ginger and garlic skin and cut into pieces. Wash them properly and put them in the blender and make a smooth paste. Now, add olive oil in the paste and mix well.

  • Repeat 2-3 time in a week for fast result.

Garlic, ginger and olive oil have their distinctive property to fight microbes causing hair loss and promotes regrowth of hair. In a study, it was found that garlic, when mixed with olive oil and ginger, helps to promote hair growth.

Garlic can help fight hair loss, found a study published in the January 2007 edition of the “Indian Journal of Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprology.” The study tested how much garlic gel boosted topical betamethasone valerate in the treatment of alopecia areata, a recurrent and non-scarring type of hair loss. The study concluded that adding garlic significantly improved the treatment of the condition. Perhaps that’s why topical garlic solutions are popular among folk remedies, some of which recommend slicing a garlic clove open and rubbing it on hairless areas. The remedy calls for an olive oil massage an hour later and leaving the treatment on overnight. (Souce

There are many vitamins and minerals which promote hair growth or prevent hair loss but some of them are vital and they can be found in ginger like potassium, sodium, magnesium, vitamin C and E. Have patience and give a chance to ginger for solving your problem, it can show you power on your skin and hair. But some precautions should be taken while applying ginger and do a patch test to see it doesn’t react adversely to your skin. Do not apply ginger more than 3 times a week, it can cause irritation to your skin.

      Hi,
As you are planning to start a blog of your own, I would recommend you to choose a paid web hosting like Bluehost (This is an affiliate link, I get a small incentive if you register using this link, however, the price remains the same for you. Thanks for your support).
There are a number of reasons for choosing a paid web hosting. You look professional. Also, major brands and ad networks work only with blogs running on self-hosting (Like Bluehost). You have more flexibility with your blog as it will run on your terms and conditions, not on some other platforms.
Alluringsoul is self-hosted since the start.
Hope I answered your question. BTW, soon I am going to write about how I started blogging as I get a lot of queries on this. Look for updates!
      Thanks

Wow, i just jumped right in. I’ve been suffering with this flaky scalp for 3 years. my dr.s wrote it off to psoriasis. More than one dr. Ginger, olive oil, lemon=relief. Flakes almost gone in one treatment. I’m doing another treatment tomorrow and will continue, never going back. And my hair is shiny and soft, no new flakes or itching…i feel human again. The only reason I found this site is because I was defeated and looking for the steroid shampoo that I was going to request from my dr appt today as a last resort. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am having a severe hair loss for almost a year now. The main reason might be stress. But my hair is getting thinner day by day. I tried applying ginger juice on the scalp but it makes my scalp very oily. I actually have a very dry skin but my scalp is oily. Can you please tell me how to get rid of the oily head which i get after applying ginger juice?

      Hi Anne,
You can mix fresh lemon juice in your ginger juice mixture or egg white. It will absorb excess oil and balances your scalp pH. Don’t keep lemon juice overnight.

The new ginger root contains magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, and vitamins that make hair more grounded, more beneficial, and shinier. It is likewise rich in unsaturated fats which help keep the diminishing of hair.

Just making ginger tea will do the work for you! I felt my hair and scalp today and in TOTAL AWE AND WONDER was SHOCKED to see how smooth and clean my scalp was! It also improved the oil in the hair! ALL I DID? Making fermented kefir water with fresh ginger slices on top while fermenting! Also added tumeric and a pinch of pepper for anti-inflammatory benefits! (pepper enhances absorption of turmeric 10-20x) It turns into a deliciuous fermented carbonated beverage that will do long-term wonders for your brain, body, and hair!
