I have pretty easy hair that I can easily do nothing to, just simple combing and leave the house the way it looks, however, there are some things about it that drive me crazy that my hair gets frizzy and dry, it’s quite thin and without using some sort of hair mask or hair serum to tame or smooth the frizz it can end up looking a bit crazy. The new hair mask I found is “holy grail” for my hair because it’s moisturizing as well as makes hairs soft and manageable. I made coconut milk hair mask.
I apply the coconut milk mask on my scalp and hair due to its hair growth-boosting factor. As you know coconut milk or coconut oil both are good for hair to tame frizz and hydrate the damaged and dry hair but when it is mixed with other powerful ingredients like honey, castor oil, it can make your hair soft, shiny and smooth. Let’s take a look at what are the benefits of coconut milk hair mask.

The Benefits Of Coconut Milk Hair Mask
Coconut Milk is rich in vitamins C, E, B as well as calcium, iron, and magnesium. All these Vitamins and minerals boost the hair follicles and stimulate hair growth. This is particularly beneficial for restoring dry, damaged, weakened and brittle hair as well as split ends. Coconut milk is a great organic hair conditioner too that provides you with longer and thicker hair.
Castor Oil fills in the damaged gaps of keratin in the hair shaft. It increases the tensile strength of the hair, making it less prone to splitting and breakage and smoothes the hair by restoring the hair cuticles. The fatty acids present in castor oil form a protective layer on your hair and protect it from sun damage and loss of color. It’s antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties make it an effective treatment for scalp infections. Its high protein content makes it very valuable to maintain hair health.
Honey seals the moisture in your hair, keeping it conditioned. This reduces breakage, which is often a cause for slower hair growth. It has rich antioxidant properties which prevent damage, keeping your scalp and hair healthy and strengthens the hair follicles, curbing hair fall.

October 22, 2018 at 10:30 amHi Sharon, Coconut milk is great for dry, frizzy hair and it also helps control split ends. Apply it twice to get the desired result. Also, I have written a post on dry, frizzy and damaged hair. You can choose any mask from that post to get your problem solved.
