1. Chocolate Body Scrub
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil (Buy From Here)

- 1 tablespoon vitamin E oil (Buy From Here)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and store in an airtight glass container. You can keep this scrub for 7-10 days and do not let the water get inside the bottle.
How to apply
- Gently massage the mixture into your body in a circular motion before going for the shower. After your shower, pat your skin and apply moisturizer.
- Massage the mixture in a circular direction for about 10 minutes. Repeat it 2-3 times in a week for the desired result. You can take a warm shower before applying the chocolate body scrub because warm water makes the skin susceptible to proper exfoliation as it opens up the skin pores and helps to absorb nutrition from coffee.

How to apply
- Fill a small foot spa tub or basin with warm (not hot) water. Optional: For every six cups of water added to the basin, add one cup of milk (a naturally exfoliating and nourishing ingredient).

How to make
- Using double boiler system, melt cocoa butter, shea butter and coconut oil over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until melted.
- Remove from heat allow the pan to cool.
- For a fast process, you can also place the bowl in the refrigerator just until mixture starts to set up- about 20 minutes – it should be opaque.
- Scoop into the bowl of your stand mixer or use a hand mixer and mix on high for 3-5 minutes until light, fluffy, and triple in size.
- Add essential oil and whip an additional 2 minutes.
