Avocado

It is an excellent ingredient for treating dryness and damage of hairs. It is rich in fatty acids, Vitamin A, B6, D, and E that coat your hair shaft and help it retain moisture.     Hi Mamta,
    Thank you so much for posting your hair remedies. I tried the egg conditioner mask.. my hair is so much smoother and shinier now. I love it!!

    But just want to verify two things with you: Firstly, since you mentioned not to use hot or warm water, I didn’t.. I used cold and a bit of colder water. Is this ok?

    Secondly, after keeping the mask on my hair for 45 minutes, I rinsed my hair and then used baby shampoo (as I did not have any organic shampoos).

    At the end of the process, my hair seemed very tangled and I combed when my hair was a still slightly wet..this process took long. Is this normal? I do want to try it another time.. but thought if you could give me some tips.. and lastly, can I repeat the mask next week.. is that ok?

      Hi Madina,
      Just use normal room temperature water instead of cold or hot water.
      You can use baby shampoo if you don’t have any organic one.
      Don’t comb your hairs when they are wet. It weakens the roots and increases hair fall. Also, it’s safe to apply this mask once or twice a week.
